IT Solutions Consultant - Central US

As a subject matter expert on Xerox technology and Solutionsofferings, the role is responsible for the ongoing technical education andsales support required by Xerox partners. The candidate must be able toarticulate and evangelize the Xerox value proposition to Xerox BusinessPartners. The person in this role is responsible for creating and deliveringquality presentations to inform, educate, demonstrate, and engage Xeroxpartners on Xerox Technology and Solutions resulting in the partner choosing todo business with Xerox.
The position requires approximately 40-60% travel.
Essential Functions Include:
Hardware, Workflow, and Software Demos
Product/Marketing training for partner sales and IT support
Large Deal RFP/RFI Support
Supplement Virtual Demos whennecessary
Application development (Xerox AppStudio)
Support Partner with Customer Sales calls for largeopportunities.
Serve as voiceof the Partner to Xerox headquarters and engineering teams.
Training andengagement provide a fantastic chance to identify potential improvements to theproduct. This person should take that feedback and provide ongoing feedback toCIP Development team to ensure product roadmap reflects users' needs
Demonstratedability to recommend solutions, take direction, and collaborate within a teamenvironment
Experience inconsulting and project management roles with a focus on process improvement
Develop repeatable strategies to help advisors better usenew digital tools to more efficiently run their practice
Interface, communicate, and support multiple departmentswithin the organization on technology solution needs, including thosedepartments that are geographically dispersed across the country.
Providetechnical and functional expertise throughout the pre-sales process incollaboration with the sales team.
Be aware ofindustry trends, understand the competitive offerings and theirdifferentiators.
Keep abreast ofindustry thoughts and initiatives
Candidate Qualifications& Experience Qualifications:
BS/BA (ComputerScience/Information Management) or greater than five years of equivalentfield experience required.
Ability tothrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, successfully multi-tasking anddetermining priorities to meet deadlines
Detail-orientedand organized
Self-motivatedand able to work autonomously
Demonstratedability to recommend solutions, take direction, and collaborate within a teamenvironmentExcellentwritten and verbal skills
Experience inconsulting and project management roles with a focus on process improvement
CSS/HTML/JavaScriptprogramming knowledge is a plus
Full knowledgeof Xerox Office and Light Production environments a plus.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
