We are seeking a professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a dental or medical office setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff Requirements:
